MANICOTTI STUFFED SHELLS 
1 or 2 pkg. manicotti shells
1 jar Prego sauce

1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 or 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. minced onion

Boil shells as package directs and stuff above mixture in shells. Spread 2 tablespoons sauce in bottom of baking dish; place shells in dish and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 35 minutes.
