CHEESE STUFFED MANICOTTI 
1 pkg. manicotti shells
1 qt. spaghetti sauce (see recipe)
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. oregano

Cook 8 shells in boiling, salted water in large kettle for 5 minutes. Remove carefully, drain and lay on waxed paper. Mix beaten eggs with cheeses and seasonings in bowl. Grease a 9"x13" baking dish. Stuff shells with cheese mixture and lay in baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over, cover with foil and heat in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
