QUICK & EASY FROZEN BURRITOS
These burritos will be soft and flavorful, so much better than just throwing a frozen burrito in the oven or microwave!

1 bag frozen burritos (any kind; 10 to 12 count)
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans enchilada sauce (red or green depending on what you like)
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies (or any diced peppers you like)
1 (16 oz.) bag shredded cheese (any kind that melts well)
shredded lettuce (and other various Mexican toppings that you like)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 10 to 12 frozen burritos in a 9x13-inch baking pan or casserole dish. Pour enchilada sauces over burritos.

Note: Can add more sauce or water if it does not come 1/2 way up the sides of the burritos. It needs that moisture to make the shells soft when cooking.

Spread diced peppers over the top. Cover with 1 bag of shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.

When done, serve with shredded lettuce and whatever else you like on them (dairy sour cream, salsa, more cheese, etc). I also add a bag of UNCLE BEN'S® Santa Fe style quick "cook-in-the-bag" rice either on the side or put over the top!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
