BUFFALO CHICKEN BURRITOS | |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips 2 tbsp. butter 3/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tbsp. red chili paste 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite) 4 large tortillas 8 tbsp. blue cheese dressing, divided Slice chicken breasts into thin slices. Fry chicken slices in pan until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove chicken from pan, set aside. In frying pan add butter, hot sauce, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, red chili paste and barbecue sauce in pan. Cook over medium heat until bubbling. Place chicken back in pan, mix chicken and sauce together until evenly sauced. To assemble, place 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing in each tortilla, then place chicken evenly between tortillas, wrap tortillas and enjoy! Serves 4. Submitted by: Alyson |
