DALLAS SWISS STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chili pepper
1/2 c. beef broth

BBQ SAUCE:

1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. tomato ketchup
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Trim off excess fat from steak. Combine salt, pepper, chili powder. Sprinkle dry ingredients on top of steak. Place in baking dish with broth, cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

During this time, combine the BBQ sauce ingredients in saucepan simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.

Carve meat, slice on diagonal as thin as possible and serve with heated BBQ sauce.
