SWISS STEAK DELUXE 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. fat
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 stalk celery
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Trim excess fat from meat, add salt and pepper to flour. Divide flour mix and pound half into each side of steak. Brown meat in fat quickly on both sides; add remaining ingredients. Cover. Turn down heat to simmer and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meat is tender.
