SAUCY SWISS STEAK 
2 1/4 lbs. beef round steak
All-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1/4 c. white wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine flour, salt, and paprika. Cut meat into serving size pieces and coat with flour mixture. Brown meat in oil and arrange in 8 x 8 inch pan. In same skillet, brown onion and garlic. Stir in flour; add beef broth, wire, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, green pepper, and oregano. Pour over steaks. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
