OVEN-STYLE SWISS STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak (1 inch thick)
1 med. onion, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper if desired
2 med. bell peppers, cut in pieces
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce

Trim all fat off meat. Pound meat with meat mallet, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place meat in large baking dish. Top with onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. Mix together Worcestershire, tomato sauce and A-1 sauce. Pour over meat mixture. Cook covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and cook 15 minutes longer. Baste occasionally. To serve, spoon sauce over meat. A little flour in the sauce will thicken. Serves 8.
