BISQUICK APPLE PIE 
6 lg. apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. tapioca or cornstarch

Put in greased 6 inch pie pan (or casserole dish or enamel cake pan) first 4 ingredients. Mix the remaining ingredients and put on top of first mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes; and at 350 degrees for another 30 minutes or until apples are soft.
