GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
4 oz. German sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Place milk, chocolate, butter, eggs and sugar in an electric blender and blend for 15 seconds. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan and sprinkle with coconut and pecans.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Cool and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
