COCKTAIL SWEET & SOUR SAUSAGE
MEATBALLS
 
2 lb. bulk sausage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. catsup
Salad oil
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can pineapple chunks with syrup

Combine sausage, eggs and bread crumbs. Shape into teaspoon size balls. Saute in oil until brown, drain.

Combine remaining ingredients, pour over sausage balls and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot. These may be refrigerated or frozen in sauce. To serve, heat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
