AUNT BARB'S COCKTAIL MEATBALLS | |
2 lb. ground beef 1/3 cup quick-cooking instant rice (Minute) 1 small onion, minced 1/4 cup ketchup (Hunts) 1/4 cup milk 2 tsp. dried oregano SAUCE: 1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce (your choice) 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce (Heinz) 1 (12 oz.) bottle beer (your favorite) Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine beef, rice, onion, ketchup, milk and oregano. Shape into balls and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until well browned. Remove meatballs from baking sheet and place in a Crock-Pot. Pour sauces and beer over the meatballs. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Submitted by: J.J. |
