QUICK AND EASY LEMON CAKE FILLING | |
1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jello pudding and pie filling, cook as directed, using 1 egg for the 2 egg yolks and decreasing the 2 cups of water to 1 3/4 cup. Beat well, let cool. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Enough to fill 3 or 4 (9 inch) layers. Delicious. |
