1 (12 oz.) container of Fat Free Cool Whip
1 small box vanilla fat free/sugar free pudding
2 medium cans of pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (8 oz.) container pina colada yogurt

Just mix all of this up together in a bowl and keep refrigerated. It's very simple, easy and good.

If you want the fat, use regular pudding and Cool whip.
