ORIENTAL FLANK STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. flank steak
5 green onions
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (may use less if you have a garlic sensitive tummy!)
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar

Place steak in large shallow dish. Combine ingredients, mixing well. Pour over steak cover and marinate for 8 hours in refrigerator. Turn occasionally.

Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until reaching desired degree of doneness. Baste with marinade as meat cooks.

To serve, slice steak across grain into thin slices. (We like to boil remaining marinade and serve it over the meat individually).
