CHICKEN RITZ 
2 c. chicken broth
3-4 c. chicken, boiled, boned, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 sm. pkg. almond slivers
1/2 box (2 stacks) Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Combine crackers and butter. Mix until butter is evenly spread. Mash into the bottom of casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients. Pour over crackers. Spread evenly. Cook at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Almonds can be sprinkled on top. Substitute poppy seed, if desired.
