RITZ CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts (skinned)
1 pkg. Ritz crackers (crushed)
1/4 c. butter (melted)

Roll chicken in butter then in cracker crumbs. Put in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered, then uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes. You may need to cook longer if you are cooking large breasts.
