RITZ CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 stick butter

Boil chicken breasts until tender. Bone and cut in small pieces. Spread over buttered casserole dish. Mix the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Spread over chicken. Crush tube of Ritz crackers, mix with poppy seed. Spread over soup - melt the butter and sprinkle over casserole evenly. Cook 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
