SAUSAGE CAKE 
1 box seedless raisins
2 c. water

Boil together until liquid is half gone. Let cool and add 1 pound sausage in small pieces. Then combine:

3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place in a greased angel food pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in pan, then wrap in waxed paper. (If desired, dribble thin orange flavored icing over top of cake.)
