TOMATO CASSEROLE SUPPER 
2/3 c. milk
2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 - 4 fresh tomatoes OR
2 c. canned tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1 c. dairy sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. paprika

Combine milk and biscuit mix, stir to soft dough. Knead 8 times on floured board. Roll out to fit 9 x 13 inch pan. Stretch up sides of pan to make slight rim. Cut tomatoes into wedges or slices. Arrange in rows over dough. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and spoon over tomatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes.
