GREEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 jar (8 oz.) Cheese Whiz
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup

Cook broccoli in 1 cup boiling water for 5 minutes (do not drain). Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix broccoli and water, onions, celery and butter; add Cheese Whiz. Stir until melted. Add celery soup and cooked rice. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. DON'T OVERCOOK - BECOMES TOO DRY!
