GREEN CHILI RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 sm. can green chilies
Salt to taste

Mix rice, sour cream and butter. Remove seeds and veins from chilies. Layer the rice mixture, cheese and chilies alternately in a casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
