1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can cream or whole kernel corn
1 can chopped green chilies
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Doritos
1 tsp. salt

Brown meat, add salt and onion, cumin and simmer until onions are tender. Add soup, tomatoes, corn, chilies and cheese. Continue to simmer over low heat until cheese melts. Layer this mixture in a casserole dish with Doritos. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
