GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE 
3 c. uncooked Minute rice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 lg. can green chiles, chopped

Cook rice with bouillon cubes as directed on box. Mix sour cream thoroughly with rice and alternate layers of rice, chiles and cheese in oblong baking dish. Heat through about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
