POLYNESIAN GINGER DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise (chilled)
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/4 c. finely chopped water chestnut
2 tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Salt to taste. Serve with unsalted crackers or bread.
