SANDIE'S CARAMEL APPLESAUCE DIP 
Be ready to make more, because this is great!

1 (32 oz.) jar applesauce (4 cups)
10 caramels, wrappers removed (Kraft)
1 (12 oz.) jar caramel topping (Smucker's)
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
graham cracker crumbs (for rolling or sprinkling)
graham crackers, ginger snaps or pretzels (for dipping)

Place applesauce and all caramel in medium saucepan over medium heat and cook until caramel is melted. Cool completely.

Add softened cream cheese and mix well (I use my mixer). Return to refrigerator and chill well.

Note: Can be formed into a ball or put into bowl. If forming a ball, roll in graham cracker crumbs. If in a bowl, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

Use graham crackers, ginger snaps or graham cracker pretzels for dipping.
