SWEET ASIAN DIPPING SAUCE FOR
SHRIMP
 
cooked shrimp

SWEET ASIAN DIPPING SAUCE:

1 cup apricot preserves
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce (I use reduced sodium)
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
water (adjust as necessary)

Mix in glass bowl and heat in microwave. If too thick, thin sauce with a little water.

Serve warm with shrimp.
