SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 c. softened butter
2 c. cooked squash
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Place in a greased casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
