SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. squash, cooked, drained and mashed
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoning mix

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle some herb mix on top.
