MINT CANDY 
1 egg white, not beaten
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. cold water
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring

Can use 2 tablespoons cold water and 2 oz. cream cheese. 1 pound powdered sugar equals 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups.

Make like dough; divide, color, and flavor. Roll into balls; press with fork, dip in sugar. Make a few at a time and press or they will harden and crack when pressed.
