BAKED CUSTARD-SUGARLESS 
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg (optional)

Combine egg and Sweet 'N Low. Slowly add milk and vanilla, blending well. Top with a sprinkling of nutmeg.

Bake in pan of hot water (1/2 way up sides of custard cups) in moderate oven (350°F) for about 1 hour or until mix does not adhere to knife.
