BANANA SLUSH 
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. pasteurized egg white or egg substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
2 medium ripe bananas
3 c. ice

Combine all ingredients except bananas and ice in a blender and blend on high speed for 15 seconds or until sugar is dissolved. Add bananas and ice. Blend until ice is crushed. Pour into two 16 ounce glasses. Add a straw and serve.
