SWEDISH PANCAKES | |
5 eggs 2 c. milk 1 c. sifted flour 3/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add milk, flour, and salt. Beat well. Add 2 tablespoons oil and stir. 2. Put 1 tablespoon oil in large frying pan. When hot, add 1/2 cup of batter and rotate pan until spread thin. Fry until brown. Gently peel pancake from pan by loosening edges. Turn over and brown second side. Add oil as needed between pancakes. 3. Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, or fruit sauce. |
