BLUEBERRY COFFEECAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 can well drained blueberries

Heat oven to 375 degrees; grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix sugar, butter, and egg. Blend dry ingredients and blend in. Gently stir in blueberries. Sprinkle top with streusel mix. Bake 45-50 minutes.

STREUSEL MIX:

3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. melted butter
