MICROWAVE PIZZA ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. thick tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. basil or oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Italian rolls (6" long)
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Combine beef, onion and garlic in a 1 quart glass baking dish. Cover. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes or until beef begins to brown, stirring twice. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Split rolls in half lengthwise and arrange in an oblong baking dish. Spoon on beef mixture and top with cheese. Microwave, uncovered, at half power for 7-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are hot. Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 3 1/2 minutes cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
