PEANUT BUTTER SNOWBALLS 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies, slightly crushed

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. hot milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. coconut or peanuts, chopped

Mix peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar. Fold in cereal. Shape level teaspoon of dough into balls. Refrigerate.

Glaze: Blend sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drop 1 ball at a time in glaze. Coat well. Place on rack to drain for a few seconds. Do not let them dry. Roll in coconut or peanuts. Refrigerate.
