MICROWAVE CHOC-PEANUT BUTTER
CAKE
 
1 pkg. Pillsbury snack chocolate microwave cake mix
2/3 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 egg

Grease pan provided with mix with solid shortening. In medium bowl combine all cake ingredients. Beat with spoon 75 strokes or until smooth. Pour into pan. Microwave 6 1/2 minutes on High. Cake is done when it pulls away from the sides. If not done, bake more at 30 second intervals. Watch carefully, immediately invert on serving plate.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter

In small bowl mix glaze ingredients, microwave 45-60 seconds on High. Stir until smooth. Spread on top and sides of cake. Serves 6-8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
