MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE - PEANUT
BUTTER FUDGE
 
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. (1/2 c.) butter

Lightly grease 8 x 8 inch pan (or 9 x 13 inch for double recipe). In a 2 quart microwaveable bowl, mix first 4 ingredients. Place butter in center and microwave on high power for 2 minutes or until butter melts. Stir well then pour into pan. Refrigerate then cut into squares.

Peanut Butter: Use 3/4 cup plain or crunchy peanut butter and previous ingredients, but omit the cocoa.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
