SWISS STEAK 
1 lg. tenderized round steak
1 can tomato soup
1 can chopped stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash garlic salt
Salt & pepper

Cut steak into serving sizes. Flour, salt and pepper. Fry until browned. Mix tomato soup, stewed tomatoes, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt in 2 quart glass casserole. Add steak. Microwave on bake for 30 minutes or bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
