CRISPY POTATO WEDGES 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. paprika
4-6 med. potatoes
1/4-1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine olive oil and seasonings in bowl. Scrub unpeeled potatoes; cut in half lengthwise, then in thirds. Coat each slice in seasoned oil. Spread in a single layer on greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer.
