FROSTED BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. browned butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add cream. Add dry ingredients gradually. Add pecans and vanilla. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees. Frost while warm.

Blend frosting ingredients together. Add a little hot water if too stiff to spread.
