CABBAGE ROLLS | |
1 1/2 lb. hamburger 2 c. minute rice, raw 1 can tomato sauce (med.) 1 can tomato soup 1 med. chopped onion Salt & pepper (some) Parboil cabbage head-peel off leaves and drain. Mix hamburger, rice, onion, salt and pepper, 1/2 of tomato sauce and 1/2 can soup. Roll mixture in cabbage leaves, place in deep pot. Pour remaining soup and sauce over top. Bake 3 hours on low (300 degrees). Can heat more soup for sauce like gravy if needed. |
