UNROLLED CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. raw rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Brown ground beef with diced onion and drain. Grease 2 1/2 quart covered casserole and layer shredded cabbage, rice and ground beef. Combine tomato soup and water. Pour over casserole mixture. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
