CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 chicken, cut up
6 c. cooked rice
1 (11 oz.) can onion soup
1 (11 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (11 oz.) can celery soup
1 onion, diced (opt.)
Celery, diced (opt.)
Salt and pepper

Salt and pepper chicken. Put rice in a casserole dish. Mix soup and vegetables together, pour over rice. Place chicken on top. Cover dish with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake until chicken is brown. Serves 4 to 6.
