5 c. leftover roast, cubed
1 tomato cut up
2 boiled eggs
Onion, cut up to taste
Miracle Whip Dressing to taste

Mix meat with tomato, onion and cut up boiled eggs. Mix with salad dressing and serve on a bed of lettuce. Serve with garlic bread, if desired.
