CRAB MEAT SALAD PIE 
15 oz. pie crust
1 tsp. flour
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. green pepper
3/4-1 c. mayo
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6 oz. crab, drained
2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Reserve 2 tablespoons bread crumbs. Combine crumbs, celery, onion, green pepper, mayo, lemon juice and crab. Toss. Spoon into pie shell. Sprinkle with reserved bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. 6 servings.
