CRAB MEAT SALAD 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat or 2 (6 oz.) pkgs. frozen crab meat, thawed
Pimento strips

Soften gelatin in water. Heat gently, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Add seasonings, lemon juice, mayonnaise and onions. Beat with rotary beater until blended and let partially chill and firm. Then fold in celery and flaked crabmeat.

Pour into 5-cup mold or into individual molds and chill until firm. Unmold on greens and garnish with pimento strips.
