CHEESY BRAT CASSEROLE 
6 fully cooked Polish sausages, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
4 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped

In a 3 quart casserole, stir together the sausage, potatoes, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese and onion.

Bake at 350 degrees covered for about 45 minutes or until heated through.
