TROPICAL MEAT SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked veal, lamb, or ham
1/2 c. diced pineapple
1 tsp. mustard
Lettuce
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
3 bananas, peeled and diced
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives

Combine veal, bananas, pineapple, and celery; toss lightly. Combine mustard and mayonnaise; toss with banana mixture. Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with olives and walnuts. Yields 6 servings.
