2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. cream, whipped
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
1 sm. onion, diced fine
1 cucumber, diced

Dissolve Jello in water, cool until thickens. Fold in Miracle Whip, cottage cheese and vegetables. Fold in whipped cream. Pour in 9 x 13 inch glass dish and chill. Serves many.
